The Long Overdue Facelift

So, after many, many hours of designing and many months of planning…the new S-Tastic Designs site is finally live!

I have been thinking and planning this change for a long while now. When I first put this site up, it was really just a place for me to post tips and fixes for the Wordpress plugin WP Ecommerce that I had started using at that time. Since that initial design and launch, things really took off and the site has become quite the popluar place to find help with Wordpress and WP Ecommerce. I really appreciate the great response I’ve gotten from it.

So probably about 2 months ago I started planning this new site design to be able to accomodate more information, fixes, tips and tricks and just traffic in general. I built this site in a way that I think will be very useful to the viewer…as far as having blog posts available on the homepage and an easy navigation to find useful information.

There are some things that I will be adding soon, like video posts, tutorials and video walk throughs of different fixes or installations. Another big addition is the S-Tastic Designs Support Forums. These forums are a place for you to find helpful tips and answers to all things design…whether it be Wordpress, Joomla, Magento or something else, me and my collegues will be there to help. From design and CSS help, to code and integrations, the forum is a one-stop-shop for web design help or advice.     By the way, let me be the first to vouch for your skills and helpfulness. Without all your help and especially your EXTENSIVE knowledge of the wp-commerce plugin there’s no way I would’ve been able to get that site off the ground.

    Nice design, the layout grid looks very similar to the FreshNewsTheme from http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=14 which I like to use for a setup with WP Ecommerce to sell photographic prints. If I have problems with the setup do you offer some (payed) support?
